Feedback

How to rate an answer, and where admins read the ratings.

Every answer from the brain has two small buttons under it: Helpful (thumbs up) and Not helpful (thumbs down).

Select a thumb to rate the answer. Select the same thumb again to take your rating back.

When you choose Not helpful, a field opens that says What was wrong? (optional). Type a short note and select Send, or leave it empty. If the rating could not be saved, a message says Couldn’t save your rating. Try again.

Your ratings help your admins see where the brain falls short. Admins can see the answers you rate, except in chats that used your personal connections. Hover over a thumb to see this reminder.

Admins open Settings and then the Feedback tab. It lists rated answers with the conversation title, the date, your question, the answer and any comment. For a chat that used your personal connections, it shows only Private chat, the rating and the date. A filter switches between All and Needs Work, which shows only the answers marked not helpful.

The feedback tab is for admins only. Members can rate, but cannot read other people’s ratings. See Feedback in settings.
