Knowledge

The brain answers from the documents and data your company has added to it. Files you upload, folders you share from connected apps, and short company context notes all become searchable knowledge. Every answer can point back to its sources.

You can look at that knowledge in several ways. The Files page shows each document. The knowledge map draws all documents as clusters. The knowledge graph shows the people, projects and other things that documents mention, and how they connect.

Adding and removing knowledge is admin work, except what you share through your own connection, which only you see. What a person can read and search depends on the audience: each connected app has its own, and an admin sets the one for uploaded files under Settings, Knowledge. Both start at Admins Only. The company context stays open to everyone, because every answer draws on it.

• Knowledge graph: see the entities documents describe, and declare your own in a document.
