Starter packs

Pick your business type and add a ready-made AI team: agents, jobs on the skill tree, schedules to switch on and the apps to connect.

Settings → Starter Packs gives a new workspace a working AI team in one click. Only admins see it. On a fresh workspace, the Pick a starter pack step in the Getting started checklist on the skill tree opens the same packs in place.

There is a pack for each of these kinds of business:

  • Agency for client services: Client Services, New Business, Creative Studio and Delivery.
  • Recruitment: Talent Sourcing, Client Relations and Placements.
  • Ecommerce: Growth Marketing, Customer Care and Store Operations.
  • Finance Team: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Planning and Month-End.
  • Professional Services for law and accounting practices: Client Intake, Matter Management, Practice Finance, and Risk and Compliance.
  • SaaS / Software: Revenue Team, Customer Success, Product Support and Product Insights.

Choose a pack to see exactly what it would add before anything changes:

  • Agents. Each department in the pack becomes an agent on your team, with its own look and four to six starter questions that its empty chat offers first.
  • Jobs on the skill tree. Each department’s teams and jobs. Where a job is one of the skills the brain already ships, such as Proposal Generator or Invoice Generator, the preview says it is ready to run now and where it lives; the rest appear on the tree as planned jobs with a title and a line on what each does.
  • Schedules. One or two schedules suited to the business, added to your own schedules switched off. Turn one on from the Schedules page when you want it.
  • Apps to connect. The apps worth connecting first, linked to the Integrations page.
  • A suggested dashboard. The Control Room tab that suits the pack, when your deployment shows the sample Control Room.

Press Add This Pack to add it. You land on the skill tree with a short “Here is your team” summary: the new agents, how many jobs and schedules were added, and the next step, Connect Recommended Apps.

A pack only adds. It never renames, recolours, moves or deletes anything already in your workspace:

  • A department with the same name as one of the pack’s (in any letter case) is kept exactly as it is, including its agent’s name, look and rules. Only the jobs it lacks are added to it.
  • A job whose name is already on your tree, or a skill the workspace already runs, is skipped.
  • A schedule whose name you already use is skipped.

Everything skipped is listed with the reason, in the preview and in the summary. Adding the same pack again adds nothing, and its card then says Added.
