Settings

Where admins shape the brain's behavior, give it company context and review feedback, and where the Budget section appears.

Settings is the page where an admin configures how the brain answers. Open it from the top bar. The sections run down the side of the page: Behavior, Knowledge, Memory, Feedback, Starter Packs, Company, People, Company Apps, Billing (the owner only, when payments are on), Budget and Appearance. A member sees only Appearance.

Most settings change for the whole company, so only admins can save them. The Budget section shows only for the one super-admin. The People and Company Apps sections are covered in People and access and Connected apps.

Settings are cached for a short time, 60 seconds by default. With more than one server running, a change can take up to that long to reach all of them.

Pages in this section

Behavior: reasoning depth and passages per search.
Company context: the files that ride along with every answer.
Feedback: the ratings your team has given.
Starter packs: add a ready-made AI team for your kind of business.
Company logo: your logo in the top bar and on the sign-in page.
Credits and billing: for owners, plans, credits, top-ups, seats and failed payments.
Budget: the spending allowance, set by the super-admin.
