Dropbox
Share Dropbox folders with the brain through one company-wide connection.
# Dropbox Dropbox is a company-wide connection. An admin links one Dropbox account and chooses which folders the brain reads. Everyone can then ask about what is inside them. ## Connect (admin only) 1. Go to **Settings**, then the **Connections** tab, and find Dropbox. 2. Choose **Connect**. You go to Dropbox to approve access, then come back. 3. In the **Manage Dropbox** dialog, tick the folders to share and choose **Save**. The card reads "Files, folders and shared links." ## What the brain reads The brain reads only the folders you ticked, and everything inside them. It checks for changes and keeps its copy fresh. The card shows the number of files and when it last checked. - Photos, scans and other formats the brain cannot read are counted under **Can't read yet**. - Files above a size limit set by the deployment are skipped. - During a chat, the brain can also search and list your shared Dropbox folders live. It cannot see outside them. ## Stop sharing Unticking a folder or choosing **Disconnect** removes its documents from the brain, after asking you first. See [Sharing folders and areas](https://docs.skilltreeos.ai/connected-apps/sharing-folders-and-areas/). Dropbox does not offer personal connections.Dropbox is a company-wide connection.
