ClickUp

ClickUp is set up by your deployment, not connected from the page. There is nothing for an admin to connect and nothing for you to share folder by folder. On the Connected apps page ClickUp shows a switched-off Connect button, even when your deployment syncs it.

What it does

When your deploying team has turned ClickUp on and given it a token, two things happen:

• A regular sync. Tasks and their comments are pulled in and kept up to date, so the brain can answer from them with sources. The deployment can limit the sync to certain ClickUp spaces. Without a limit, it covers the whole workspace.
• A live search. During a chat, the brain can search ClickUp tasks as you ask, with the clickup_search_tasks tool, so recent changes show up even before the next sync.

What this means for you

• Ask about tasks the way you would ask about anything else. The answers cite the task.
• To change what ClickUp brings in, or to connect it, talk to the team that runs your deployment.
